About Kim Baldasaro

I grew up in the coastal waters and beach areas off Jupiter, Florida. After attending the University of Florida to major in psychology, I was fortunate to reside in some interesting locations around the US, including Troy-Michigan, Orlando-Florida, and League City-Texas, where I returned to school to pursue a degree in Molecular Biology. I moved to north Atlanta in 2007 to be close to family, at which point I took an interest in housing market trends and conditions, and decided to trade my lab coat for all manner of Georgia Real Estate contracts. I have a daughter who attends KSU and one large, goofy dog. I love living in the North Atlanta area for so many reasons. We have wonderful season changes though extreme winter weather is rare. I'm within two hours of kayaking, hiking, skiing, the mountains, fabulous dining and theatre, theme parks, and we are lucky enough to have some of the best schools in the state. My professional experience includes working with both Buyers and Sellers, extensive distressed property management and sales, transaction coordination for multi agent teams, contract compliance and a host of other real estate related tasks and transactions. I’ve worked as an independent agent during the last seven years, under the brokerages of Keller William, RE/MAX and ultimately, with my longtime, dear friend James What at the Wheat Real Estate Group. I love my job and serve most of the Atlanta metro area and surrounding suburbs. We are a full service team of real estate experts, which include Buyer's Agents, Listing Agents, Commercial Agents, Leasing Specialists, Property Managers and Certified Distressed Property Experts.
